Heraeus now developed four additional Opaque Dentine Shades with more chroma and higher opacity. This gives the dentist even more flexibility in his everyday dental artwork. The new shades are suitable for anterior and posterior restorations. They provide an extended solution for covering discoloured teeth or amalgam tattoos of dentine during amalgam replacement, as well as for restoring dark class V cases.
iBOND® Self Etch
The enhanced iBond Self Etch is now conveniently useable and storable at room temperature (up to 25° C) and no longer requires shaking before use. This saves time, reduces technique sensitivity and makes the application of iBond Self Etch even more convenient. The dentist can directly apply the adhesive in one step in the familiar way and can easily attain a shiny surface by air drying. The glossy surface indicates the complete wetting of the tooth surface with adhesive. This way, iBOND Self Etch produces a homogenous layer on dentine and enamel.
